Ingredients:
- FOCO Coconut Juice 750 ml (SKU: 442.14 and SKU: 442.25)
- Gelatine 10 g or Agar Agar SKU: 449.40a
- Granulated sugar 40 g (optional)
- Edible flowers or fruit (optional)
- Round ice ball tray (recipe makes about two trays)
Instructions:
1. Pour FOCO Coconut Juice into a mixing bowl. Add gelatine, mix well, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
2. Bring the coconut juice to a boil on the hob. Add granulated sugar and stir until the water is clear, with no gelatine grains. Turn off the heat.
3. Arrange edible flowers or fruit in the ice tray.
4. Carefully pour the coconut mixture into the ice tray, ensuring the decorations stay in place.
5. Close the top of the tray slowly and gently.
6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until the jelly is set.
7. Decorate with more flowers and serve cold.
