Rice Paper Dumplings
Ingredients (Serves 2-3):
- Maesri Crispy Chilli (for garnish) SKU: 435.56
- 3-4 pcs Lion Rice paper 22 CM SKU: 160.20
- 150g Pork mince
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce SKU: 432.85
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 10g Ginger
- 1 tsp Sesame
- Pinch of Pepper
- 1 Spring Onion
- Add bicarb soda, keep fridge 30 min to marinate well.
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients (pork, soy sauce, sugar, salt, garlic, ginger, sesame, pepper, spring onion, bicarb soda) and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Cut rice paper sheets into quarters and dip in water.
- Place a tablespoon of the mince mixture onto each sheet and fold to form dumplings.
- Steam for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with Maesri Crispy Chilli.
