Ingredients (Serving 1 Person):
1 ½ tbsp Maesri Nam Prik Pao SKU 625.24
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Megachef Oyster Sauce SKU 433.40
1 tsp Megachef Fish Sauce SKU 425.17
3 Bird-eye Chillies
2 cloves Garlic
6 Tiger Prawns
1 cup Lion Jasmine Rice (cooked and left overnight) SKU 100.39
1-2 Kaffir Lime Leaves (finely sliced)
1 Spring Onion (finely sliced)
1 Lion Rice Paper 22cm SKU 160.20
Cos Lettuce for garnish
Instructions:
Fried Rice:
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, then sauté sliced garlic until fragrant.
- Add Maesri Nam Prik Pao and cook to your liking. Add tiger prawns and cook.
- Season with oyster sauce and fish sauce, stir well.
- Add cooked jasmine rice, breaking clumps. Stir in bird-eye chillies, spring onions, and kaffir lime leaves.
- Stir until evenly mixed and heated through.
Crispy Rice Paper:
- Cut rice paper into four pieces. Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry rice paper until it puffs up and turns crispy.
