How to Use:
Stir-Fried Noodles
Place noodles in boiling water and cook for 3–5 minutes. Remove, rinse under cold water, and drain well. Toss with a little vegetable oil. Then stir-fry with meat, shrimp, crab, vegetables, and your favourite spices.
Pho / Hot Pot
Place noodles in boiling water and cook for 6–8 minutes. Remove, rinse under cold water, and drain. Use in beef noodle soup, chicken soup, seafood soup, or serve with hot pot.
