Ingredients
- 1 Kara Coconut Cream 25X200ml (SKU 419.25)
- 1 Can Maesri Massaman Curry Paste (SKU 625.16)
- 5 chicken drumsticks
- 200g potatoes
- 4 large shallots
- 1 tablespoons Cock Brand Palm Sugar (SKU 417.23)
- 1 tablespoons Megachef Fish Sauce (SKU 425.17)
- Cinnamon sticks
- Star anise
- Roasted Peanuts
Directions

- Reduce Kara Coconut Cream in a pan until the coconut cream breaks.
- Fry Maesri Massaman Curry Paste in the coconut cream
- Add the chicken drumsticks to the pot along with the Cock Brand Palm Sugar and Megachef Fish Sauce
- Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce to a simmer.
- Add the potatoes, shallots to the pot.
- Cook until the chicken, potatoes, and shallots are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Stir in the peanuts (if used).
- Serving with steamed Lion Brand Jasmine Rice.
