- Green Papaya (250 grams)

- Snake Bean (100 grams)
- Thai Eggplant (2)
- Cherry Tomato (5)

Cooking Instructions for Papaya Salad:
- Prep green papaya using a salad peeler.
- Crush chili and garlic in a mortar.
- Add Thai eggplant, tomato, and snake beans.
- Flavour with palm sugar, fermented anchovy sauce, lime juice, and a touch of fish sauce.
- Toss in shredded green papaya and mix well.
Plating:
- Serve sticky rice and Lion rice vermicelli Bun Tuoi.
- Add slices of boiled pork roll or cocktail sausage.
- Include chopped pickled mustard and papaya salad.
- Finish with a sprinkle of bean sprouts.
- Follow with slices of boiled pork roll (or cocktail sausage as an alternative).
