Ingredients
For the Marinade:
- 500g pork (or beef, lamb, chicken, or prawns)
- 1/2 box Thai-style BBQ seasoning SKU: 435.102
- 500g chicken wings
- 1/2 box Southern-style turmeric marinade SKU: 435.101
For the Salad:
- 1/4 small head purple cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 small head green cabbage, shredded
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1/4 cup corn kernels
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
- 2 tbsp Megachef seasoned fish sauce SKU: 425.25
- Handful of oak or cos lettuce (optional)


For Nam Jim Jaew (Dipping Sauce):
- 2 tbsp toasted glutinous rice powder
- 1-2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp Megachef seasoned fish sauce SKU: 425.25
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Cooking Instructions
- Marinate the Meat:
- Mix pork with Thai-style BBQ seasoning and let sit for 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavour).
- Coat chicken wings with Southern-style turmeric marinade.
- Cook the Meat:
- Grill skewers on a BBQ or oven grill until charred and cooked through.
- Air-fry or grill chicken wings until crispy and golden.
- Prepare the Salad:
- Toss all salad ingredients in Megachef seasoned fish sauce.
- Make Nam Jim Jaew:
- Mix toasted rice powder, chilli flakes, fish sauce, and lime juice. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve:
- Pile up those juicy skewers with some steaming sticky rice, a zingy dipping sauce, and a fresh, crunchy salad!
